The gym is the place us lifters call home. It’s where we fit in, build friendships, push our limits, battle the stresses of our day to day life, find strength we didn’t think possible, and feel like we belong.

The hard work we put in there builds our physical bodies and develops our minds, a photoshoot is just another way of celebrating that hard work, the struggles we’ve faced, the days we’ve pushed through when we didn’t think we could.

All of that deserves to be celebrated and immortalised in an empowering shoot experience.
