Celebrating a Strong Queen

Strong Queens club is a photoshoot subscription membership that I run as a way to make photoshoots more attainable for my clients, with the added bonuses of being able to offer them additional perks such as members only discounts and occasional freebies.

It’s been an immensely popular initiative and one I love because I get to know my gorgeous clients on an even deeper level, so this month I’ve chosen to celebrate one of my Strong Queens; Heidi.

Heidi is a beautiful human, mother, strongwoman, crochet extraordinaire (The shawls you see in the images were all made by her!), and also in the process of starting her own activewear brand for women of all shapes and sizes. With her bright laugher, and joyful presence, we created the most gorgeous series of images, each akin to a classical masters painting.

The general vibe we worked with was indeed renaissance works of art, and thanks to Heidi communicating a particular area of insecurity, we were able to work with poses that celebrated her classical curves without accentuating that particular insecurity.

All I want for my clients is to show them how incredibly gorgeous they are, and we certainly did that - her first words after seeing the final images were: “I’M A MOTHERFUCKING GODDESS” - Yes you are Heidi!!
